Anser is a national capital program and project advisory firm offering solutions to public and private sector clients implementing capital projects and programs. The consulting services we provide cover the entire lifecycle of capital development starting with early-stage organizational readiness and delivery strategy through managing the tactical execution of projects. Anser has a diverse and talented team of over 300 professionals, including architects, engineers, construction managers, inspectors, project managers, estimators, certified professional accountants, management consultants, financial analysts, procurement specialists, system configuration specialists, and construction auditors.

Anser’s advisory services include organizational assessments, process analysis, systems analysis and implementation, change management, project delivery strategy, procurement development and support, benchmarking, and project finance. We have extensive experience providing these services within the context of capital program/project delivery and also have vast capabilities in staff augmentation and outsourcing.
Our compliance services include funding evaluations and reviews to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements such as competitive procurement (pricing), prevailing wage (Davis Bacon Wage Rate), and eligibility of work for underlying use. We developed industry-leading real time cost review of capital expenditures that can be used to review up to 100% of project expenditures while meeting monthly pay cycles. Compliance services also include construction audits and forensic cost analysis.
