The Challenges
Anser currently provides scheduling management and advisory services for the utility’s Substation Engineering & Design (SED) group. Services include weekly CPM schedule analysis, update support, CPM training workshops with the SED project management team, and heavy coordination between the transmission, distribution, SPACE, IT, and a regional group.
