The Challenges
Anser provides planning/programming, program management, project management, construction management, and project controls support to assist the utility with their $180M service center program. This program consists of both new construction and modernization/expansion of existing service center facilities. Facility upgrades have included building infrastructure, laydown space, new standard cubicle layouts, and electric vehicle infrastructure.
