The Challenges
The Sacramento International Airport is planning and preparing in advance for their upcoming capital improvement program by creating organizational readiness. As part of this effort, the Airport will develop governance and decision-making framework, policies and procedures, methods of delivery, and establish program management oversight. SMF is in the early phases of defining their capital program, considering project definition, conceptual cost estimates and financial analysis.
