The Challenges
Anser (formerly DHS Consulting) was part of the construction management team providing full scope construction management support for this $24M project in Barstow, CA. This project included construction of a new bridge supported by mechanically stabilized embankments over the BNSF railroad. The project also included extensive utility relocations, intersection reconstruction, traffic staging and detours, signalization, drainage and JPCP structural sections. Anser provided the resident engineer and inspection support for this funded project all administered in accordance with Caltrans LAPM.
