The Challenges
Anser Advisory (formerly Pinck & Co.) was OPM for the renovation to transform the BCNC’s 5,000 SF of space in the South Cove Community Health Center into an enjoyable learning environment for children and adults. BCNC provides the support and resources needed for participants to integrate into American society, while preserving the community’s rich culture. Most of those served are immigrant Chinese, with low family incomes and limited English ability.
