The Challenges
Owner’s project manager for the construction of 32 new wood-frame apartments, plus below building parking at grade, and courtyard renovation at 86 Dummer Street in Brookline. This project, just blocks away from Coolidge Corner, forms the fourth ‘wall’ of a quadrangle with the Brookline Housing Authority’s Trustman Apartments affordable housing complex. 86 Dummer includes green elements, such as energy-efficient windows, underground parking, gas-fired heat and hot water, Energy Star appliances, native landscaping and low-emission paints and materials.
