Anser was recently been awarded the “Merit Award” in the 43rd Annual SMPS Marketing Communications Award for its internal website, AnShare.
Anser Advisory’s internal website/intranet was developed to provide a comprehensive resource and outlet for Anser’s employees, enabling cross-organization communication, collaboration, connections, and sharing of ideas, information, and culture. Developed over an expedient three-month period and launched at the start of 2020, Anser’s intranet site was appropriately named AnShare, and established via the Communifire platform. AnShare not only provides a home for internal company policies and procedures, such as information from human resources, accounting, and IT, but also provides a platform for fun company-wide initiatives, such as an AnShare scavenger hunt, sector-specific informational surveys, and celebrations for individual and regional successes. Anser’s over 300 employees are empowered to participate in a wide range of activities, including blog posts, article sharing, and a chat function.
Departments and offices are each represented with their own individual “spaces” or pages which are supported with active updates from designated ambassadors who help drive sharing and revisions. Each space is customized for the individual needs of the department or region and can include such things as calendars, task ticketing systems, photo and file databases, wiki articles, and more. This advanced functionality of the site ensures that no matter the employee’s need, a resource is always available for service.
