School District 27J Brighton High School Owners Representative Brighton, Colorado
The Challenges
Anser provided owner’s representation for School District 27J during the multi-phased addition and renovation of Brighton High School. The renovation included upgrades to the life safety and security systems, as well as a complete replacement of the mechanical system. Additionally, the high school stadium was renovated and the mechanical system was completely replaced. The construction also included a central commons addition, which linked the facility’s buildings. Design for the project began in April 2016, and work was completed in the summer of 2019.
